1. Why not just do it all ourselves?

We operate a no obligation policy. You are free to bring our expertise to analyze your site and develop a water-tight strategy, and then execute it yourself. The time cost, however, is significant. With the combination of tools and strategies we have perfected throughout our years in this field, we can execute rapidly and with precision.

We believe the best marketing is done internally.

When the marketer is next to the product team. This is why our mission is to build you a strong marketing funnel based on data where you can measure all the touchpoints of your customer journey and add value to each touch point so that you can optimize your whole marketing funnel and bring more hot leads for your sales team to close at a better ROI.

While doing all this, we run an “over the shoulder policy” or “on the job training” as they call it in corporations. Where you learn how we setup your funnel. What tools we use, how we organize our work and what our process and systems are.

As soon as we finish with this and you are ready to handle all the funnels internally we train and coach your team leaving the execution to you.

2. What is the benefit of bringing in expertise from outside my business?

3. Are you doing also SEO? Isn’t it dangerous to “game” Google?

Yes, SEO is part of the “top of the funnel” approach.

Some of our clients, especially startups that need to deliver quick customer acquisition results to their investors do not have the “patience” to develop long-term strategies for SEO and need our help with paid ads and growth hacking to get customers.

For the rest, we genuinely believe a sustainable marketing funnel is built with substantial value-added content marketing. Moreover, content marketing helps with your SEO.

We have lots of experience in SEO, and we recommend focusing on content marketing and adding first value to the customers, and then Google will compensate you for it.

We will just make sure to deliver best user experience, and Google will love.

That is one reason why it is risky to try to do this yourself. Moreover, sadly, even many “professional” SEO agencies will put your future results at risk by using “spammy” tactics. Why would they do that? Because spammy SEO gets quick results, but they do not last. With every passing month, Google’s engineers update the system to get better at spotting dodgy SEO practices. 5. Will I be able to use your systems after you have built them?

Getting safely ranked in search engines, getting you leads, doing content marketing, marketing automation and conversion rate optimisation while putting tracking systems in place might sound complicated…moreover, we suppose it is…however, we guarantee it will not be difficult to run it. Once we have finished building this for you and your phone’s ringing loud with new business, We will hand the reigns over to you. There’ll be a small “familiarity curve”, but you will get the hang of it rapidly, as we will be next to you coaching your team.

We use a combination of See Do Think Care Framework recommended by Google and other industry leaders. Also, the AARRR growth framework used by 500 Startups.

We work with few clients at the same time so that we can focus your business better. We do not work with just any business. We concentrate on tech business so we can bring not only our marketing expertise but also the industry expertise.

We do not operate on full payments which mean that because you can pay monthly for the duration of the deal, you are unlikely to ever be “out of pocket.”

We do not work either like many agencies on percentage from ad spent as we believe this is encouraging more ad spent then leads generated for your organization.

If you are not happy with any aspect of the service, training or results that you receive from MAN Digital, you agree to inform us at the earliest possible convenience and give us a chance to fix the problem. Should you ever wish to cancel, you agree to provide us with 30 days' notice in the first 60 days, and we give you the money back for that month with no question asked.

TRAFFIC ANALYSIS

For traffic analysis, we use SEMRush and Similarweb and Alexa. These tools will show you the most effective traffic sources for your competitors.

SEO ANALYSIS

We will check the top pages that rank on Google and check which are those keywords they rank for.

Also, we will know where they can get valuable backlinks to rank those pages. We use tools like Alexa, Ahrefs, Moz and Majestic.

This can help us analyze and see which keywords are driving them most of the traffic and how influential are those pages based on the backlinks. If these keywords are relevant for use, we can build better and more relevant content that we could rank and build backlinks for so we can outrank the competition.

Disclaimer: To outrank your competition it depends on many SEO factors. The data we present can help us decide which keywords we want to rank based on the ranking difficulty.

PAID ADS RESEARCH

For PPC Ads analysis we use Spyfu, SEMRush and Ispionage. We will show you the Ads they use for PPC Adwords, keywords and landing pages they use.

Also for display ads analysis, we use enterprise tools like SEMRush, Adbeat and What Runs Where. With these tools, we will analyze text ads, banner ads, video (if any) your competition is using. Also, we will know the placements (on what websites your competition is advertising and what landing pages use for these ads).

This information can save you a lot of your ad spend and get you ahead with the return on your ad investment as you can reverse engineer what your competition is doing best and from which what websites they get most of the paid ads traffic.

CONTENT MARKETING RESEARCH

In this section, we will look at most popular content pieces of you competitors and their social media activities. For this we use BuzzSumo and Ahrefs.

17. What other terms and conditions do you have when starting a collaboration?

The terms and conditions are simple: you will get 100% integrity and honesty from all MAN Digital staff at all times & we ask the same in return from your staff.

We also require all invoices to be paid on time, in advance of work done.

To ensure absolute transparency, you will pay Google directly for the cost of each click from your own Google account that we manage for you.

Unlike many marketing agencies, we do not combine these two very different charges in one lump sum. You pay MAN Digital to manage your account and pay Google, Facebook or other 3rd party services for the cost of each click, impression and any software used (marketing automation, CRO software, web design tools).

You retain all of our IP from us setting up your accounts – not an account that only we have access to (as many agencies do). This ensures that you have instant access to all data at any time and can always see exactly what your numbers are.

After the 60 days, there is a minimum agreement of 6 months for the subscription you choose.

18. Do you have any discounts?

Yes, we do.

If after the two months trial period you decide that you want to continue and work with us we offer you the possibility to pay monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and yearly.

If you choose to pay quarterly you get 10% discount if you pay bi-annually you get 15%, and if you pay yearly, you get a 30% discount.

19. Do you have any discounts for startups?

50% off for training and consulting. Depending on our capacity.

90% off for training and consulting. Depending on our capacity and if we share the same vision.
